I found the following replacement for the '69 Endura nosecone:

Replacement Nosecones for '69 - A place in the U.S. that makes a fiberglass '69 nose for $125 U.S.  Mounts as original except for the two front studs that protrude through the bumper. It's hollow, but they claim you can't tell once it's mounted.

I asked them to send me a sample for review, which they did, and will be posting pictures shortly.

In summary, it is a hollow fiberglass piece that has the same outside front dimensions as the stock cone, but does not mount at all in the same way.  I haven't decided how best to use it: it might be best to grind down the damaged Endura piece enough to just stick this overtop of it, and then finish it.

In short, its not a bolt-on replacement by any means, but at least its something with the right shape that a good bodyman should be able to do something with.
